We are currently looking for a SEO Specialist with a strong analytical background and SEO expertise to lead SEO efforts for a portfolio of adidas Group eCommerce sites in North America.  This individual will be responsible for managing the strategy, measurement, and execution of SEO efforts and will play a pivotal role as we look to aggressively grow our eCommerce business.

What you will do:

· Plan, manage, and execute SEO efforts to drive towards exceeding our key performance metrics and customer acquisition goals
· Work with global SEO counterparts on exchanging best practices and leveraging global platforms, tools, and processes
· Educate business stakeholders on SEO guidelines using data, trainings and ongoing communication
· Identify and lead projects to drive incremental  SEO traffic and revenue growth
· Drive testing, reporting, optimization and forecasting on SEO performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvement
· Manage day to day communication and work cross-functionally with other teams (ex. Merchandising, Center of Excellence, Product, Brand, Analytics, Content) to achieve mutual goals
· Work with the other eCommerce channel marketing team members to work together towards exceeding total eCommerce top and bottom line targets
· Manage tools that enhance SEO efforts through gathering UGC, consumer feedback, and driving conversion (i.e.  BazaarVoice, Needle, Bizrate)

Who you are:

· Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of SEO experience, preferably with a B2C eCommerce brand
· Experience with SEO and Analytics Tools (ex. BrightEdge, SEOMoz, Adobe Analytics)
· Hands on experience hitting and exceeding SEO growth targets for large, complex eCommerce sites
· A passion for SEO and eCommerce, willing to learn and stay informed on the latest trends
· Willingness to become deeply invested in our products and direction of the brand
· Excel power user
· Technical experience with HTML and eCommerce platforms (ex. Demandware) a plus
· Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
