Purpose: Manage Head of Licensing office tasks, strategic projects and licensing related topics across the entire BU in close collaboration with the Head of Licensing ensuring consumer focus and consistency across all functions BUs and licensees according to the brand fundamentals.
Key Accountabilities:
· Drive the strategic direction of licensees in close collaboration with Head of Licensing and in alignment with the adidas brand SBP direction
· Deliver high quality process and project management for Head of Licensing
· Lead & coordinate horizontal topics and strategic projects across entire BU
· Coordinate and support horizontal brand topics and projects with licensees
· Strategic & financial analysis of potential new licensees
· Support Head of Licensing in the seasonal/yearly financial planning processes as well as information/communication flow within and with other departments
· Ensure BU licensing projects are aligned with internal stakeholders ( brand design, product design, innovation, brand marketing, sports marketing, development, consumer insights)
· Support Head of Licensing with driving the adidas brand culture and the 3 Cs across the entire BU and the licensees.
· Develop and manage presentations to top management
Key Relationships:
· Externally: Licensees at senior management levels
· Internally: Brand Strategy, Brand HO, Design, Brand Marketing, Product, CI, Sports Marketing, BUs, GTC, Legal and all major markets

Qualifications:
· University degree required
