Purpose
The Senior Manager Digital Workplace is responsible for deliver the best digital workplace experience to all adidas employees across the region Americas. He/she is responsible for areas like communication, collaboration, mobility, productivity workplace applications and workplace innovations to enable adidas employees to perform in a modern and engaging workplace where technology makes the difference.
Key Responsibilities
· Accountable for all aspects of the services above mentioned on a regional level
· In support of these activities, he/she exercises management authority for the regional teams in his/her area.
· Responsible for the regional budget, ensuring correct forecast and target goals, and all aspects of contractual revisions, renegotiation, RFPs, for related 3rd party services.
· Responsible for leading and coordinating the respective regional team, including organizational design, reporting structure, people development, resource planning, ensuring optimal execution of Digital Workplace strategies, service improvements and business solutions on a global level.
· Liaise with other global IT entities in the HQ and the markets and business stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the services to the needs of the adidas Group business. Relationship management, promoting and leading change represents a significant part of the function.
· Establish and manage the relationship with vendors and external suppliers, to ensure appropriate delivery of services to adidas.
· Ensure the implementation and control of Service Level Agreements, providing senior IT management and stakeholders with adequate transparency in monitoring and reporting.
· Identify and develop efficiency opportunities, being able to communicate effectively the role and value of Digital Workplace within adidas and to present effectively strategic directions and business cases for technology investments.
· Providing thought leadership to all Product Teams to set the direction of product evolution in accordance with the regional needs and overarching digital company strategy.
People Management
· Build the appropriate structure to be able to effectively manage the respective organization, identify and develop future talents and create realistic succession scenarios for key positions
· Ensure appropriate leadership skills are present at every level through creating a motivational and supportive work environment in which employees are coached, trained and provided with career opportunities through development
· Allocate the different work to the respective employees considering experience, complexity, workload and organizational efficiency
· Continuously monitor and evaluate team workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT systems, data, analysis and team feedback and make appropriate changes in order to meet business needs.
· Provide team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets that are aligned with business needs and GIT objectives

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· End-to-end understanding of capabilities in the Digital Workplace area.
· Strong knowledge of the digital workplace product landscape and underlying IT solutions (Cloud office O365, file sharing and collaboration solutions, telephony, conferencing and mobility).
· Basic expertise in product management and implementation of agile/ scrum methods.
· Strong experience in interacting with business partners and customers.
· Strong skills in leading teams.
Minimum Qualifications
· College or university degree with focus on IT or equivalent.
· Min. 7 years of IT experience, at least 3+ in an IT delivery role.
· Min. 3 years experience in managing teams
