Purpose

Strategy & Delivery department remit is to define the broader strategy frame for Digital IT (DIT) and turn it into actionable reality through orchestrating the delivery of the end-to-end landscape of DIT. This extends further to owning the strategy through to implementation of functional areas of Consumer Engagement, Mobile Apps, and Retail Digital. In the delivery department we are responsible to orchestrate the broader priorities across DIT to bring to a reality across the Product Domain teams in DIT. A further core aspect of Delivery role is to drive the agile transformation across all DIT product teams in conjunction with IT. This role is a key enabler to coordinate the agile transformation in DIT to new delivery model and change manage agile transformation impacted teams.

Key Accountabilities

· Responsible for leading in the implementation of large scale agile transformation in conjunction with IT, moving all relevant teams to full agile/SCRUM and product/domain working model.
· Building adidas working environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver quality with speed.
· Facilitates agile adoption through organization through training and workshops ensuring agile best practice and methodology followed. Provide executive level coaching in Agile techniques and culture.
· Management and mentoring of agile coaches.
· Coaching of agile teams directly where required.
· Identifies areas of improvement and conceptualize methods on how to be more efficient across teams.
· Reporting of cross team performance and metrics.
· Establishes and actively contribute to the adidas Agile Communities.
· People management:
· Evaluates the competencies of subordinates on a regular basis and provides prompt and feedback and guidance to drive high performance
· Promotes a high performance culture by setting clear expectations and individual goals
· Takes ownership for Talent Management processes to grow, develop and retain talents
· Translates the company goals into team specific actions and business plans as well to control and monitor performance and results.

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

· Min. 5 years professional experience in multi-national business environment
· Min. 2 years management experience
· 3+ years’ experience in agile/SCRUM execution
· Ideally with agile certification
· Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

· Ideally university degree in business administration
· Fluent in English
