Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manage with the Director Key Accounts Benelux profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned Strategic key accounts while respecting adidas and Reebok brand images.
Responsibilities:
· Support the development and implement effective and efficient AFB and strategic account plans and seasonal action plans based on company, category and channel strategies in close collaboration with merchandising and trade marketing.
· Drive the Strategic key account business internally and have a dual brand mindset
· Detail annual account targets for the assigned product categories by category/initiative and quarter/month
· Drive the Strategic key account business internally/externally with focus on targets and (category) market share at accounts
· Prepare and present product and marketing concepts for the relevant product categories to assigned accounts in a professional way.
· Ensure timely order in-take from customer in line with budget (respect internal deadlines)
· Monitor and analyze account results with assigned categories and initiate corrective action as necessary (based on a sellout driven plan)
· Ensure reliable and cost efficient supply of merchandise and responsiveness for requests and complaints of customers
· Gather and actively share relevant business/market intelligence
· Develop and maintain personal relationships with key decision takers on highest possible levels and leverage own senior management higher up (internally & externally)
Authorities:
· Net sales of assigned key account's
· Cost Center budget and sales working budget
· Manage Credits, Returns, Cancellations in line with company policy
Controlling:
· To measure progress on own KPI’s
· To monitor all reports and provide regular updates
· Manage and ensure the achievement of assigned objectives
· Manage/respect allocated budgets
· Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Dutch : fluent written/spoken
English : fluent written/spoken
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – advanced knowledge
SAP – advanced knowledge
Driving license
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Academic working and thinking level
· Functional > 3-4 years in sales and negotiation experience with national or regional accounts
· Industry Ideally in apparel/footwear/fashion or FMCG
· Exposure Sports
