Purpose (Brief summary of why role exists): The ultimate responsibility of this result-driven sales representative is to grow our business by building successful long-term relationships (both internally and externally). This person should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to questions in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must, while being customer service oriented. Position will be based in Boston (or NYC)

Key Accountabilities (List of major areas of responsibility for role):

Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships

Coordinate and streamline sales efforts with internal business partners for account product needs

Act as point of contact for all customer service related topics (ie. OOR, shipping/routing, etc.)

Analyze and report on territory/market trends including competitive analysis, cultural shifts, and potential new products

Create and complete weekly sales trackers top-lining business performance

Complete forecasting documents for current season and annual outlook

Expedite the resolution of account problems to maximize satisfaction

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs

Partner with FLI Sales Team to achieve designated sales targets

Suggest actions to improve sales performance and continuously grow through solicited feedback

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):

BS/BA degree or equivalent

Min 3 years industry experience – preferably in fashion or athletic footwear

Advanced knowledge of MS Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint

Highly motivated, target driven individual

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Disciplined time management and organization abilities

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Must be open to up to 50% travel
