Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To perform the administrative functions of the Quality Assurance Department related to the processing of footwear returns for quality issues. To ensure and protect adidas America's best interest in a third party contractor relationship by maximizing the disposition of product returned for quality issues and ensuring that the report of defective returns is accurate and complete, thereby minimizing vendor challenges to adidas America claims.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide training to returns processors.
· Provide feedback to the Compliance Supervisor on significant quality problems or trends evidenced by returned footwear.
· Assist returns processors in determining final classification of footwear returns for quality issues. The incumbent will be the final arbiter for A, B and C grade classification using adidas America QA standards.
· Review footwear returns for quality issues to determine the validity of customer returns in this category and report discrepancies to the Compliance Supervisor.
· Maintain a current list of quality problems with footwear to ensure substandard product is not restocked as first quality.
· Assist returns processors with the proper coding of ADICOMP eligible defective returns utilizing the codes and sub-codes supplies by adidas AG.
· Enter data records into the ADICOMP database suing input from returns processors. Perform system updates with Help Desk assistance. Produce reports as required by the Compliance Supervisor.
· Maintain samples of ADICOMP returns for review by factory, Sourcing, Production or Business Unit personnel.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.Ability to write correspondence. Ability to speak English fluently. Excellent Grammar.
· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
· Analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions to problems.
· Demonstrate 3C behaviros (Collaboration, Creativity, Confident)
· Intermediate Computer skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

· College degree preferred
· Minimum of High school diploma and three (3) or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
