Role Purpose

· Manage return products and return receiving teams of the company, including all warehousing, through development and administration of cost effective policies and procedures to ensure effective process, and accurate and on-time pickup and receive of merchandise to meet customer and financial requirements.

Primary Accountabilities

· Responsible for effectively planning, coordinating and inspecting of all activities in the return function.
· Review and develop an efficient operating procedure and workflows.
· Maintain the accuracy of the return received against return orders
· Strengthen and maintains internal inventory control of the return inventory throughout the working process.
· Updating return inventory to the physical stock to ensure the alignment of the inventory both physically and systematically
· Monitor the performance using daily tracker to evaluate and improve working performance in return operations.

Secondary Accountabilities

· Suggest work improvements and initiatives for operating procedures, conditions, and others as required.
· Establish and maintain effective communication standards both internal, external customers and vendors
· Managing warehouse area and maintenance program for all equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
· Hire, train, develop, and motivate subordinates to improve teams capabilities. Establish manpower plan. Manage work schedules to fully utilize the teams personnel.
· Work with other department heads to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse team and other department.

Pre-requisite Knowledge / Skills / Addendum

· Male or Female, age between 25 - 35 years old
· At Least 3 – 4 years' experience in warehouse operations, especially in reverse logistics
· At Least 1-2 years’ experience in supervisory position
· High School/Higher Vocational Graduate to Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain and Logistics or related field.
· Fair command in English
· Knowledge in WMS system and/or SAP would be advantage
· Good computer-literacy MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel e.g. pivot table, vlook up
· Supervisory & Communication skill, Team-player, Proactive, Well planning & organizing
