Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Fully support and drive Western Europe Reebok eCommerce business objectives, namely to accelerate growth of the Reebok eCommerce business conducted through:

· Marketing content assets management, translation process coordination, and align among cross functional teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Marketing campaign assets management
· Gather marketing source files from various teams and systems
· Consolidate all relevant marketing campaign assets and transfer them to external creative agency
· Manage all the final marketing assets package for relevant stakeholders
· Translation process coordination
· Manage from the approved English master asset into required localization/translation with external translation agency
· Manage the translation agency deliverable timeline
· Deliver the final translation files to external creative agency
· Cross functional teams alignment & execution
· Coordinate the marketing campaign assets with CRM teams and facilitate local market proof loop
· Coordinate the marketing campaign assets with online marketing teams
· Coordinate the marketing campaign assets with platform operation teams
· Maintain the marketing content library & the Meta descriptions
· Support the ad-hoc tasks and projects

· eShops Sales targets
· eShop Site Conversion targets
· eShop margin targets

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Must be self-motivated and a team player
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
· Detailed oriented & highly organized approach to work

· Knowledge of Basic HTML & Photoshop.
· Good analytical skills
· Ability to operate independently, assume responsibility for self-directed programs and align a mix of online marketing programs to leverage opportunities and to drive results

· Good project management skills with flexibility to manage ad hoc issues
