Purpose

This role is responsible for maximising the profitability of the Market Western Europe Consumer Direct Retail Operations and Franchise by supporting all requirements to localise and deliver global digital assets to store with focus on Windows.

Execute marketing concepts at retail to support and promote key products at the point of sale, with a focus on delivering the necessary brand and commercial results.

Key Accountabilities

·  Assist on the implementation of a Market Western Europe Windows and ISC production and replenishment strategy across all brands (adidas and Reebok) and retail channels (Own Retail, Franchise), i.e. seasonal window campaigns, windows concepts roll-out, window implementation for store openings and CRM.
·  Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company and the Market Western Europe framework.
·  Assist on implementation of the online supply chain management for Windows
·  Support on window campaign planning (creative selection, adaptations), localisation of window concepts,
·  Set-up window prototype with window vendor in case of WE specific needs.
·  Follow-up on broken or missing items of the window hardware.'
·  Contribute to implement the learnings out of survey and annual report into the procurement of Windows.
·  Align with Asset 2 Store Manager on quality management plans, timescales, financial plans and marketing plans, to support, contribute to, and integrate within the long term strategy.
·  Liaise with other functional/department stakeholders and form strategic cross functional alliances in order to execute all necessary aspects and needs to localise and deliver global digital assets to store.
·  Support on localising and delivering global digital assets to store i.e. seasonal window campaigns, windows concepts roll-out, window implementation for store openings.
·  Work efficiently and stay within given budget and given timelines at all time for each project
·  Act as a key retail player in all discussions on Windows procurement at HQ level to assure decisions made are retail relevant.
·  Other duties as requested by your manager.

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

·  Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
·  Fluent in English
·  Additional languages beneficial (German, Spanish, French, Chinese, Russian)
·  Strong communication and negotiation skills,  strong analytical skills, service-oriented

Qualifications

·  Marketing degree and 1 year of industry relevant working experience OR at least 3 years industry related experience.
·  First work experience within a retail or marketing role
·  Experience and or knowledge of Visual Merchandising would be highly advantageous
·  Proven experience with retail needs and understanding of window communication
