Purpose: Primary job functions will include converting design concept art files to all leagues/teams for digital graphic reviews, collateral use, team boards, licensing boards, and processing format pages for use by the separation artists and manufacturing. Required use of Adobe applications, responsible for retrieving artwork, electronic file management and achieving.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create production designs desirable for our clients and end consumers.
· Convert all graphics into multiple teams and create clean production files to be used for decorating apparel and headwear in a variety of techniques.
· Study design layouts, recipes of proposed concept, and acquire all related reference materials and team rules to make each design successful.
· Complete all aspects of the art request on-time which can include numerous rules to meet domestic decoration.
· Create all relevant collateral content for catalog conversions/team boards.
· Collaborate with PA Supervisor, Design and Proofing to ensure concepts comply with brand standards and meet creative intent/expectations.
· Work collaboratively with Scheduling, Design, Merchandising, Licensing and Sales.
· Proofread formats for errors and must be able to trouble shoot issues and resolve immediately.
· Adhere to established rules for managing files, folder and naming conventions.
· Adhere to set schedules and expectations of upcoming workloads and deadlines.
· Manage multiple shifting priorities with short deadlines.
· Any other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

· Must possess demonstrated proficiency of MAC and all applicable design programs including Adobe Creative Suite programs with primary efficiency in Adobe Illustrator and basic typography.
· Knowledge of screen print production and color separations processes a plus. Preference will go to those candidates with relevant experience.
· Strong work ethic, quick learner and excited to work with a fast-paced team
· Requires minimal direction and can work independently.
· Flexible nature with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/activities simultaneously.
· Positive “can do” attitude while maintaining a high level of professionalism and can take direction well.
· Excellent time management and communication skills.
· Able to coordinate differing opinions and create collaboration from conflict.
· General knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Ability to reconcile data using Excel.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· 2 year degree preferred.
· 1-3 years production art experience preferred but not required.
· Excellent customer service and teaming skills. Must like to work with and interact with a variety of individuals. Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
