Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

 

eCommerce plays a critical role in growth lever for Western Europe.

 

Key success factors in the further evolution of eCommerce business are:

· Build a clear, harmonized and competitive pricing direction for eCommerce.
· Execute lifecycle pricing strategies to be market relevant.
· Optimisation of pricing to ensure fair and competitive offers across the markets.
· Cross channel pricing to show a consistent message to our consumer

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Provide day to day price administration support across the Channels to inform stakeholders and action upon findings.
· Highlighting and exploiting margin opportunities within key categories, internal & Direct to Consumer channels
· To work cross-functionally with a variety of internal departments, including sales, category management, ecommerce, marketing and accounting, to ensure that the pricing methodology complies with company policies and maximises profitability.
· To provide/build industry expertise on pricing trends and competitor pricing.
· Monitor price and market movements on art/cat level and recommend corrective actions to become on par/relevant in market.
· To work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and roll out pricing models and strategies for product and services, ensuring that any price change is clearly managed, aligned and communicated to those stakeholders.
· Influencing stakeholders across the business.
· Collaborate with master data team to ensure that pricing data is set up and maintained correctly and kept up to date.
· Execute clearance pricing strategies for big sale events as well as dynamic pricing all year round.
· Becomes owner of the available tools and is responsible for further improvements.
· Close collaboration with finance to determine the impact of change.

 

Key Relationships:

 

· CtC Omnichannel Marketing, Merchandising, Category management, online-Marketing, wholesale, UX, Planning, Retail , Finance.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

 

· Demonstrable expertise and application of merchandising within a digital marketplace
· Knowledge of online marketing tools and ability to follow up and analyse online performance data
· Experience and knowledge of trading in a multinational and omnichannel or multi-channel environment
· Ability to influence stakeholders across departments and borders without direct reporting lines
· Strong analytical skills with a data driven mind set
· Strong communication skills
· PC literate with excellent English proficiency
· Commercial/business acumen

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

· Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing Management
· Knowledge in merchandising as well as eCommerce knowledge
· Minimum 2-3 years of product management experience with a recognised top-tier brand
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in online merchandising
