Shift Schedules:
A Shift, 6am – 6pm, Mon/Tue/Wed every other Sun
B Shift, 6am – 6pm, Thu/Fri/Sat every other Sun
C Shift, 6pm – 6am, Sun/Mon/Tue nights and every other Sat night
D Shift, 6pm – 6am, Wed/Thu/Fri nights and every other Sat night
Purpose
: The Pad Print Operator position exists to properly manufacture garments using Inkcup technology. The Pad Print Operator function encompasses all aspects of the pad printing machine operation, garment tag removal, and daily production. The Pad Print Operator will be utilized to ensure quality as well as proper usage and cleanliness of Inkcup equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
· The Pad Print Operator will be responsible daily for garment production and quality.
· The Pad Print Operator will be responsible for proper turning and cleaning of ink cups and plate during production to ensure the highest quality printing.
· The Pad Print Operator will be assist in training new Pad Printing machine operators as directed.
· The Pad Print Operator will be responsible for exceptional cleanliness of Inkcup machines, work area, and overall department cleanliness. All areas are to be clean prior to shifts’ end.
· The Pad Print Operator will be responsible for STAR documenting and communicating daily production on correct operator or tag puller forms.
· The Pad Print Operator is to communicate with Ink Tech Specialist when supplies, ink, and plates are needed.
· The Pad Print Operator input is instrumental establishing process, and best method procedures.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
· Superior math and analytical skills
· Previous production and quality experience
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· High School diploma required, post-secondary education preferred
· Minimum 6 months previous applicable experience preferred
