Purpose:

Ensures that the order book of Israel are delivered accordingly to sales points in right quantities and on time.

The order fulfillment team works with supply chain team and cross functional departments in order to manage the order book and ensure proper service levels and on time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Directs and coordinates the process covering selection, delivery of the products to the local customers.
· Maintaining the order book regularly
· Coordinating and following of pre-order deliveries of all sales channels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Follow up the availability and pre-order management, monitor regularly the available products in the related warehouse to be shipped
· Review and control the allocation status of the available articles in the system (SAP) and take the necessary actions if there’s a problem to be solved.
· Creating delivery notes for selected articles to the Warehouse for picking & packing.
· Grouping the delivery notes based on the division and schedule plan on the warehouse management system
· Inform the warehouse about delivery groups and setting priority for pre-orders
· Following the launch products and inform the warehouse about the launch dates in order to deliver the articles on the right time
· Maintain the order book with cleansing or updating the sales order accordingly.
· Review of incomplete orders
· Updating trade terms and sales pricing of the sales orders
· Preparation reports about availability and order book.
· Preparing the pre-order availability list to the related parties

Requisite Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in related field (focus on Logistic)
· Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in logistic or customer service department preferably in the FMCG industry, ideally Sporting Goods or Fashion
· Advance level in MS Office programs including Excel, SAP knowledge is an asset
· Pro-active and customer-oriented mindset
· Well organized with the ability to plan and schedule work
· Analytical, result oriented, strong communication skills
· Fluent in English
· Adidas will invest in the role to train the candidate on SAP- requires international traveling.
