Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role will support the franchise team in driving Planning & Merchandising best practices across GCC to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company and the Market Merchandising framework
· Set up & analyze key merchandising reports to understand the category performance by country and by customer.
· Analyze every aspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management and in season reactivity and provide recommendations based on analysis.
· Drive cross functional alignment with Own Retail, Marketing, and other departments to ensure excellence execution of the Franchise stores.
· Support franchise sales team and customers before and during sell in meetings.
· Assist the team in planning OTB for franchise partners.
· Prepare reports for effective pre-season planning.
· Coordinate with Franchise Managers for in season activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Intermediate to advance MS office skills (Advanced Excel skills is essential)
· Understanding of Merchandise and Planning Management
· Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions
· Structured, organised & process oriented
· Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
· Ability to work within a team environment

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree in business.
· 3-4 years merchandising experience.
