Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Plan and execute merchandising strategy that achieves sales and margin target through product planning, inventory control, and product supply

Key Responsibilities:

· MD戦略立案と実行
· マーケットニーズを捉えた商品選定
· OTB計画に基づく商品発注と在庫適正化

· Product selection to capture market needs
· Product ordering and stock adjustment based on the OTB plan
· Product replenishment that maximizes sales opportunity
· Markdown based on sales analysis

· Retail store staffs

· Ability to construct profitable sales
· Product selection capability
· Strong quantitative analytical skills
· Communication skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· MD
· 店舗運営、販売
· Experience in retail business
· Merchandising
· Quantitative analysis and data management
· Store operations and sales experience

試用期間：有（6ヶ月）

就業時間：9：30－18：00（休憩1時間、フレックスタイム制あり）

残業：あり（月30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給）

基本給：年500万円～800万円

ボーナスターゲット：基本給の10％（1月から12月の業績・評価を基に翌年3月に支給。入社日に応じて期間按分あり）

年収備考：基本給には月30時間分の固定残業代月82,891円（基本給 年500万円の場合）～月132,626円（基本給 年800万円の場合）を含む
