Purpose: Support growth in LAM by efficiently maintaining the Article Master Data in our regional as well as Panama & Colombia systems

Key Accountabilities:

· Be the expert on product related systems (RMA, SIS) as well as ERP systems (adiRace & SAP)
· Responsible for Article Master Data seasonal/daily maintenance. (RMA-SIS-SAP)
· Run weekly cross checks to ensure data accuracy.
· Support LAM BU’s during Ranging process
· Support the Range segmentation exception process
· Ensure an efficient RMA data transfer to SAP
· Support local price list definition and maintenance
· Ensure OTIF Compliance of Regional AMD Marketing Calendar & Processes.
· Support the MOPS Team with internal/regional meeting/event preparation.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to effectively analyze data and provide solutions.
· Strong Planning and Organizational skills.
· Fully Bi-Lingual: Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Spanish and English
· Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point, Word and Outlook

Qualifications:

· University Degree in I/T, Engineering or Marketing.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
· Strong Customer Focus in providing quality service and support.
· Experience in database management and in the sports/fashion industry ideal.
