Purpose

· Provide administrative, system, and merchandising support to the style collaborations marketing team and contribute to the achievement of marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives.

Key Accountabilities

· Provide general administrative support to marketing team such as sorting, shipping and tracking mail/samples and ensuring showrooms are properly merchandised for sell in.
· Provide data, reporting and information to marketing team requests, including PowerPoint presentations
· Assist with marketing stationary materials, consumer tools, product information and signage for fashion group brands
· Support marketing team in servicing wholesale clients in executing marketing solutions, including: conducting seasonal product knowledge seminars at key wholesale accounts, producing product knowledge books, digital packages for customers where necessary, sending out promotional items, etc.
· Support seasonal calendar creation, coordination of meetings, and showroom reservations

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

· Passion for fashion, retail, design, etc.
· Demonstrate a clear understanding of fashion positioning and consumer
· Understanding of key retail partners, influencers, and image drivers in the fashion industry
· High level in MS Office; specifically Excel (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
· Ability to work independently, learn quickly and resourcefully
· Ability to learn new complex systems and tools
· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
· Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to learn and understand the client business, organizations, and matrix reporting structure
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

· Associates Degree, four year college or university degree - Fashion, Marketing, Business or related major
· 1 year related experience and/or training preferred.
· Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
· Previous experience working with a Fashion / Apparel / FW company preferred
