Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
· To improve user experience by improving functionality and implementing new features
Key Responsibilities:
Adidas .Com
· Implement new features based on the data finding, user experience analysis and global new function.
· Lead CR% optimization by new features implementation and UX improvement
Adidas app
· Launch adidas app in China.
· Define and clarify the goal and user expectation of adidas app.
· Design the whole user journey based on the global guideline and user experience analysis.
· Lead CR% optimization.
Tmall & JD
· Support Tmall and JD manager to achieve platform CR% target.
· Deep dive the insights & influence of the new features on the platform.
· Implement latest tools, functions and templates of the platform or 3rd party.

Internal:
· eCommerce Merchandising, Marketing, BI, Operations, UX & Site optimization
· DBC
· China IT team
External:
· Vendor for .Com/Tmall/JD
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong website and mobile app UX design and optimization experience.
· Team player and also have strong communication skill to lead and push projects across different department.
· Tolerance to stress, high energy and strong job ownership
· High degree of integrity and loyalty
· Business acumen, especially for e-commerce
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Professional background / Experience
· Functional: Minimum 3 year experience of Site optimization and UX design function of eCom, or the agency which provide the relative solution.
· Experience: Lead and co-work with agency to achieve the UX innovation target
· Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or internet
· Others: Involvement in any mobile site or app launch and optimization project is a must
Education
· University degree in business with UX design or information management, etc
IT skills
· Flowchart relative software: Advanced
· Wireframe relative software: Advanced
· PowerPoint: Advanced
· Excel: Advanced
· Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics: Plus
· TMALL & JD Analytics Tool: Plus
Language skills
· Fluent Chinese and English speaking are required
· Good Presentation Skills to explain the design by business target analysis, data facts and UX analysis in English.
