Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To support Store Operations Manager Levant in achieving a profitable retail growth in Jordan by meeting and even exceeding Jordan Retail Sales Target with particular emphasis on coaching and inspiring teams to meet commercial goals and improve Retail KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Take ownership of Retail stores’ performance, effectively allocating resources & refining processes to drive overall profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions
· Create a service culture by ensuring all activities are centered on the consumer Create a culture in all stores, where all store activity and assets are viewed as vehicles for showcasing and driving Brand equity
· Manage an effective, efficient and stable retail environment across retail stores, ensuring all corporate programs, policies, procedures, initiatives and strategies are consistently implemented
· Closely monitor weekly schedules of stores to ensure that they are efficiently planned in best interest of store operations
· Take responsibility on providing staff with seasonal uniform and ensure weekly schedule is being followed and not abused
· Effectively complete store visits and aRMS checklist to ensure and follow up on practical and achievable action plans
· Provide management with bi-weekly report covering store visits and important market updates
· Provide management and HR on a monthly basis the retail list reflecting the most updated employee’s records/changes.
· Display improvement focus and best practice sharing attitude at all times
· Oversee the property portfolio, keep updated on new real estate development and work with Store Operations Manager to seize real estate opportunities.
· Lead the recruitment, on boarding, training and development efforts in retail stores, actively manage the succession planning process and ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
· Create a high performance culture at the store by setting clear expectations and targets, analyze stores’ performances, hold store managers accountable and give appropriate and prompt feedback.
· Ensure proper controls and loss prevention standards are followed as per GSOM
· Measure progress on own KPIs
· Prepare SOTM monthly presentation and monitor/analyze Retail reports
· Benchmark the service, key concepts/themes and products offered by local competitors
· Strong collaboration with Inventory and RBO specialist for the stock count at retail as per the agreed calendar Attend iGTM and RSM and work with Merchandising team on Jordan range finalization by providing commercial and market feedback
· Provide Retail Merchandiser with weekly update on store needs and feedback and track fulfillment using proper reports

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree ideally with Sales & Marketing focus
· 3 Years of overall work experience In Retail Industry (ideally apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG)
· Leadership: > 2 years’ experience
· Exposure: sport
