Key Responsibilities:

· Understand the business needs regarding service, volume & capability needs
· Support region’s leadership team in developing the Sourcing strategy – capabilities, footprint, capacity and supply model
· Lead and execute the allocation process by translating the sourcing strategy into a feasible allocation plan in short term (seasonal) and mid-term (rough cut plan)
· Work closely with COOs to manage the production allocation and planning process to support timely delivery of customer orders.
· Manage region delivery performance with active approach for challenging continuous improvement in COOs, anticipating systemic planning issues and addressing with COO
· Manage region reporting (dashboards) for LO management team and interfaces
· Maintain continuous and timely communication with Global Sourcing, GSP, Brand Sourcing, SCI/Subsidiaries when significant shifts occur in demand and capacity
· Work closely with Global Sourcing and GSP to define, draft, revise and/or implement global processes, policies, initiatives as necessary to ensure optimal performance
· Define, implement and manage supply chain initiatives (e.g. SPEED) to ensure that company priorities and strategic objectives are met
· Function as the responsible Global Supply Planning/SCI contact for the assigned LO’s

LO’s (COO Leaders, Planning, Production Management, Materials and Costing)

· Global Sourcing Planning (aSL)
· Global Supply Planning (GSP)
· Suppliers – mostly T1 and eventually T2
· Brand Sourcing
· Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, Order Management)
· Product Operations

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

· Strong analytical skills
· Effective communication and negotiation skills
· Strategic thinking and result orientation
· Pro-active approach and thinking outside of the box
· Project management skill
· Strong understanding of demand models, production forecasting, purchasing practices, terminology, basic finance and supply chain principles
· Fluent in English, written and verbal. Spanish is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University diploma or degree from educational entity preferably in related fields (i.e. Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Engineering)
· Minimum3 years of professional experience (full-time job)
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Business Planning functions
· Minimum 3 years’ experience leading team
· Project Management experience

Consumer goods experience is a plus
