Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Be part of a new team that defines new processes and drives best practices across Supply Chain in South East Asia.
Order Fulfillment ensure stock is effectively allocated to sales demand, to agreed timelines and parameters, and the customer order book is delivered on time in full.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work cross functionally across the markets and supply chain to achieve on time availability and on time in full delivery,
· Control inventory availability by matching supply and demand and determine actions to overcome constraints in order book execution,
· Responsible for allocation of sales orders in correct and agreed sequence,
· Ensure timely creation of delivery notes against commercial requirements and targetsand in close alignment with the DC operations team,
· Analyze & Report on timely basis to the stakeholders on order book status and product availability,
· Collaborate across functional areas to achieve overall KPI / delivery targets,
· Monitor Order book cleansing, including appropriate de-allocation, cancellation of delivery notes in line with order book cleansing policies,
· Lead Order Fulfillment project & process improvement initiatives,
· Participation in SAP workshops/upgrades and regression testing within the Order fulfilment area when required,
· Support Order Fulfillment process harmonization in APAC region,

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Solid analytical skills, with an ability to gather and use quantitative and qualitative data that drives decisions,

· Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization,
· Experience in (cross functional / regional or global) project management an advantage,
· Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects under a deadline,
· Fluent in English (written and oral), in order to present information,
· MS Office (Excel; Word; Powerpoint; Visio)
· SAP and BI experience desirable
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree or equivalent education required,
· Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a supply chain environment,
· Working experience in international and / or cross-functional teams,
· Operational and project management skills.
