Key Responsibilities
· Manage business support on a daily basis and be the single point of contact for customer requests about EIM processes, tools and access requests in vertical BUs, Markets, Finance and Legal in both HQ and Markets.
· Manage and coordinate external IT vendors for Service Management like e.g. IT Service Meetings, prioritize and follow up on IT issues.
· Manage and coordinate Finance/Accounting functions for EIM. Vendor management, Global budget coordination
· Develop and drive training concepts (incl. training materials) and platform for EIM Learning and interfacing departments on global and market level.
· Lead all EIM (Operations & Internal) Communication to all stakeholders on global or market level regarding process, tool or policy changes
· Drive implementation of the EIM Servicing process within the tools.
· Collect and channel demand for EIM (incl. interfaces to legal, finance and servicing departments) process as well as IT system improvements, support during user Acceptance testing for Sports Marketing related tool.
· Development and performance management of team interns
· Responsibility for updates and monitoring of asset EIM marketing portfolio by cleaning respective databases
· Prepare data for initial loads and migrations of asset relevant information for the various sports marketing tools
· Drive CAF project – tool creation, rollout and ongoing servicing
· Support Portfolio Planning for EIM
· Drive and manage data analytics functions for EIM
· Identify and recommend new systems

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
· A four-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, information systems or Marketing or other technical discipline
· > 3 years of relevant work experience
· Project management experience an advantage
· Data analysis background

· MS Outlook -advanced
