Purpose

This role is responsible for enabling direct-to-consumer growth by supporting the development and implementation of new omnichannel initiatives, focused on OMS processes and omnichannel routing

Key Accountabilities

· Supports the omnichannel OMS program in close collaboration with the project team, business stakeholders and markets. Responsible for business analysis for OMS workflows, including engagement with required stakeholders, documentation of all current and future processes and knowledge, and support of program delivery and change efforts
· Provide expertise on OMS workflows for omnichannel program, ensuring project deliverables are aligned with market best practice and will achieve business objectives
· Liaise with markets to align best practice omnichannel approach and ensure solutions are delivered that meet business objectives
· Collaborate closely with appropriate business functions to ensure all impacted project deliverables are aligned and approved by the business, and will deliver required business objective
· Deliver documentation of knowledge and processes for accountable areas in close collaboration with business SMEs
· Ensure all project deliverables for accountable area are delivered within quality and time requirements
· Work in cross-functional teams, support decision taking and be pragmatic about managing different expectations
· Maintain expertise of the omnichannel & digital retail space by monitoring the industry, networking with partners, and keeping a pulse check of internal adidas initiatives
· Other duties as requested by your manager

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

· Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
· Expert in OMS workflows
· Fluent in English.
· Broad and detailed knowledge about omnichannel OMS, combining proven industry experience and industry best practice
· Business Analysis skills and experience, and a systematic and structured approach
· Omnichannel project experience
· Additional languages are an advantage.

Qualifications

· University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales is preferred.
· 3 years systems and processes experience, proven business analysis experience implementing omnichannel solutions
