Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support Omnichannel Activation Manager CEE in creation of Omnichannel marketing plan for Poland & Baltics. Responsible for excellent execution across the Wholesale distribution channel and implementation of marketing plans to achieve brand KPIs. Act as interface to WE to ensure smooth creation, execution and reporting of the Omnichannel marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and own the seasonal Omnichannel marketing plan for key accounts related to implementation of CEE brand activation strategy and calendar.
· Execute with excellence CEE Wholesale account marketing plan with focus on quality, efficiency, consistency across all consumer touch points and across all subunits of the Cluster
· Manage the Cluster Wholesale Activation Budget (incl. SOS) to ensure investment in line with strategy (key city, key door, digital POS) and efficiency (ROI)
· Focus on driving full price sell through in key banners with close collaboration with VM, Sales, Brand Coaches, CtC, Brand Activation and Fitness Marketing.
· Ensure process speed & efficiency (budget management, communication flow, reporting, plan execution)
· Deliver appropriate channel activation sell-in tools for the Sales Launch period
· Provide feedback to WE team on performance of concepts and on toolbox readiness
· Own and execute cluster special projects in alignment with CEE Wholesale retail development
· Ensure special focus on driving digitalization of POS and EWHS

· Business Metrics: Net Sales, Market Share, Sell-Through, Traffic
· Brand strength: NPS, consideration
· MWB management (efficiency, amplify, RFC)
· Digital (efficiency of online activities at retail partners)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Good knowledge of marketing mix tools with focus on retail and digital
· Consumer centric thinking and sense for retail as well as business
· Project management skills incl.: good planning & organizing skills
· General retail&digital knowledge and interest (sport industry, ecom, social media)
· Detail oriented person that can manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
· Strong negotiation skills, strong networking skills, consumer oriented attitude
· Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
· English: fluent; Local language (Polish): fluent
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in trade marketing/omnichannel marketing execution
· Experience in eCommerce, Retail, Trade Marketing or Merchandising/Product related and preferably in the field of Sporting goods or Fashion retailing is welcome
· University degree in Business or equivalent
· Fluent in English and Polish
· Knowledge of Slovak, Czech or Hungarian is beneficial
