Key Responsibilities :
· Act as a key contact for both investors and analysts by providing best-in-class financial communication
· Support investors and analysts in the quantitative development of their models and earnings estimates
· Independent writing and content development of annual- and interim reports, press releases and Q&A documents
· Support developing and realising distinct investor targeting strategies
· Preparation of competitor and retailer benchmarking analysis material with the purpose of providing internal key decision-makers with a comprehensive picture of the Group’s competitive environment
· Responsible for monitoring, analysing and interpreting trading in adidas AG’s shares and ADRs outstanding, and shareholder monitoring
· Co-ordinate the department’s internal monthly report providing meaningful analysis of developments around the adidas AG share to internal Group decision-makers
· Actively manage special projects (e.g. share buyback, proxy solicitation, perception study)
· Ensure regular interface and status updates between Investor Relations and other Finance Departments such as Treasury, Tax and Group Accounting
· Support the preparation of investor events (analyst conference, field trips, investor days etc.) by compiling input for speeches and presentations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Understanding of financial markets and accounting practices
· Interest in Corporate Finance, stock brokerage and financial communication
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent command of German and English language both written and spoken
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· High level of service orientation in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling or equivalent background in related fields
· 2-4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Communications or another finance function.
