Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To provide “one-stop-shop” HR services to designated supporting business units – Tian Jian Distribution Center, and ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR department. Cultivate and maintain a harmonious and trust culture between management and employees within the organization, being the HR business partner for the business leaders and their team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for maximizing Distribution Center goals and objectives through effective development and implementation of Human Resource policies, practices, and initiatives, including partnering with distribution management team to ensure health and safety goals are met.
· Provide guidance to the Distribution Center leadership team and employees with regard to policies and procedures, ensuring that they are fully understood and implemented in support area.
· Manage staffing, employee relations, employee development, compensation and benefits for all office employees and workers, to ensure they are delivered timely and in accordance with China laws and regulations, in line with corporate guidelines and modern HR management practice. Participate with business on outsourced worker model
· Work closely with line management in structuring and developing their respective teams (e.g. organization reviews, team line up) and support agreed action plans. Guide managers to properly document and monitor performance, assist managers to structure performance conversations and ensure proper procedures are followed. Encourage and drive an employee-oriented high performance culture.
· Work closely with HR relevant teams to recommend in an appropriate approach, not limited in compensation and benefits, talent development, staffing and HR operations
· Ensure SAP data accuracy which is aligned with workforce planning strategy, ensure accuracy of HR data and reports on time.
· Build and maintain the workers’ performance management program are effective aligned with business development.
· Establish and maintain strong, interactive working relationships with internal customers, government and works councils.
· Lead and develop Distribution Center HR team members, provide direction and coaching as appropriate. Ensure all processes and documentations are under the internal audit standard.
· Support and participate from HR perspective in business projects in TJDC
· Support on annual personnel budgeting process and rolling forecasts
· Support and partner with business to focus on workforce management, further implement outsourced worker program, continuously develop piece model and other competitive workforce model with minimize cost in HR PEX saving.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Strong knowledge of HR Management within distribution/warehouse environment
· Detailed knowledge of China laws and regulations relating to employment, wage and benefit administration, employee relations and personnel records.
· Mature, well-organized, a self starter with enthusiasm and initiative
· Challenge status quo, think outside of the box in terms of solutions
· Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organization and problem-solving skills; ability to meet deadlines with quality, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and make confident and strategic decisions
· Good project management skills from initiation to closure
· A good team player with good supervisory and management skills
· Fluent English and Mandarin (verbal and written) skills
· Strong MS-Office skills, SAP experience is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree or equivalent
· Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management in a multinational company, at least 2 years focusing on HR Management in a distribution/warehouse environment, or manufacture
· Experience in managing complex mid-to-large size projects within HR
