Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Oversee, manage and own effective communication and change management of HR Services processes to all employees, managers and to the HR Organisation. Implement and own the knowledge base as backbone of HR communication and knowledge, which is used in HR Services to solve inquiries. Own all platforms that are used to communicate HR Services processes, manuals, training materials as well as customer communication (employee, manager, HR). Ensure that knowledge is delivered in a consistent way and information is always up to date, in close cooperation with all HR Services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Implement HR Services Roadmap for the area of knowledge transfer within HR Services to the HR community and also to employees and managers
·  Consult and collaborate with Communications department to ensure all communications related to HR Services are planned and executed in a consistent way. Act as single point of contact to Communications
·  Manage the ownership for every topic in the knowledge management tool, ensure that old and outdated knowledge is being removed and deleted by the initial owner to avoid redundant information.
·  Ensure that HR Services related projects, improvement initiatives and legal changes are consistently communicated in the same way through all platforms and to all relevant stakeholder
·  Initiate and execute knowledge audits, trainings and other measurements to ensure all communication published either on knowledge management platform, aLive and the HR related communication platforms is up to date, consistent and only published once per target group
·  Provide communication support to all areas of HR Services
·  Identify and activate opportunities for improving knowledge base and/or communication platforms within HR Services
·  Attend regular information exchange and feedback sessions within HR Services
·  Ensure that user manuals, training material and guidelines are communicated in one consistent way, through the appropriate platforms
·  Establish continuous improvement mindset & drive the development of knowledge base
·  Supervision of team and people management. This means in detail:

Manage and develop the Knowledge Management team, Ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities in the team as well as the entire HR Services team and HR Organisation

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

·  University/Commercial education preferred
·  5 years of work experience within the field of knowledge and change management
·  2+ years of experience working in an International Company
·  Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
·  Experience in leading and managing teams
