Purpose :
· This is a new role created to own and drive calendar & campaigns for the e-commerce channel with one aligned calendar across Latin America, consisting of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru. This strategy combines the potential of our innovative brands and cutting-edge products with excellence in routes-to-markets and back-office functions without losing local flavor where it matters.
· Lead eCommerce channel for adidas & Reebok brands growth & Hype by developing with the DTC Merchandising the one calendar strategy & execution up to concept level, identifying opportunities while implementing overall Brand Marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with e-commerce analytics, Brand, DTC Merchandising and Digital Merchandising to properly execute all marketing calendars and campaigns at the right time and to right consumer.
Key Accountabilities :
Analytics
· Participate in weekly & Monthy updates tracking of all campaigns to ensure proper execution.
· Track Campaign results & Post Mortem analysis to identify what to improve, disregard or keepdoing.
Business Planning
· Lead Local ecom campaign & calendar details, channel requests, newsletters program, interacting with Retail / Wholesale.
· Liason with chamber of commerce in all LAM countries.
· Defines eCom exclusive events (CyberDays, Hotsale & others) & Commercial agreements.
In-Season Activation
· Work closely with Brand Marketing and CTC team to align on concepts and brand priorities. Drive freshness every month with key concepts for all brands, categories and genders.
· Guarantee the execution of regional eCom activation plan for onsite contents, newsletters and product offer following ONE calendar.
· Support the CRM team in defining products and concepts to be activated thru newsletters based on brand priorities, sales performance, sell-out, inventory, new arrivals, etc.
· Align with Brand Marketing and other channels on content and concept launch dates.

Qualifications :
· University degree (preferably engineering or administration or other with analytical background)
· Brand, Merchandising or eCommerce experience (2-4 years)
· Advanced Excel skills (to be tested/checked on interview)
· FLUENT ENGLISH and SPANISH, ideally Portuguese
