Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As a member of .com and mobile experience team, you will play an important role in evolving the .com customisation experience for adidas and Reebok consumers. This position will work on operationalising and engaging, innovative and premium shopping experience for our consumers globally by focusing on driving operational excellence of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility is to own and manage all site configurations, publishing and associated processes with running the customisation experience on Reebok and adidas.com. Your job to is to ensure all consumer interactions, merchandising configurations and other crucial processes are working as planned to deliver the best branded shopping experience end to end across adidas and Reebok.com. You will accomplish this by working in with your colleagues in the customisation team with various internal stakeholders, including IT, local markets, UX and Analytics to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues by delivering digital experiences.

The aim is to transform miadidas and yourReebok into a premium shopping experience over the course of the coming years. This will be defined as a best in class shopping, browsing and post purchase experience leveraging existing and new capabilities to their maximum potential and generating value for our consumers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Experienced in Content Management

· Good organizational and communication skills

· Stays cool in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Can-do attitude and still attention to detail

· Consumer focused

· Ability to work in an international team

· Basics in HTML/CSS/JavaScript

· Fluent in English

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing Management or System administration

3- 5 years’ experience with Website Content – Preferably Demandware or other eCommerce platform
