Purpose:
Safeguard Consumer Centricity in all parts of the business process by:
· Defining and implementing the key frameworks of consumer centricity – target consumer profiles, consumer journeys, brand advocacy
· Implementing tools to enable the brand to become consumer centric – Methods, Tools, Consulting
· Assuring adidas brand strategy is formulated based on consumer insight
Key Accountabilities:
· Work as key contact with internal stakeholders – Business Units, Markets, Functions, Senior Leadership to identify consumer insights
· Scope consumer insights projects that fulfill the needs
· End-to-end project management
· Assure insights are delivered in a way they trigger actions within the adidas organization – deploy workshop techniques, design thinking tools
· Contribute to adidas strategy process by leading consumer insights workstreams within strategy creation
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders from other functions - tap into their tools and capabilities and give access to own tools and capabilities
· Develop or optimize own capabilities – tools, methods, systems

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience :
· Profound knowledge of consumer insight tools and methods - qualitative and quantitative, analog and digital
· Profound knowledge of tools and methods to drive the impact of insights (e.g. design thinking, information design, moderation)
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Needs to be used to work in international environments
· Needs to be experienced in scoping and executing international projects
· Hardwired to collaborate
· Excellent English skills, written and spoken
Qualification:
· University Degree in Marketing / Social Science with focus on Digital Media and Analytics
· 3 - 5 years relevant professional experience, ideally on agency side (brand strategy, innovation, analytics think tank) or from a multinational corporation
· Experience in design thinking led processes, methods, tools preferred (accelerators, sprints)
