Category Manager Running &Training

Purpose : To support sustainable and profitable market share growth through competitive Go-To-Market plans; providing commercial input to ensure the right demand of product meeting target consumers', key customers' and direct-to-consumer' requirements that also support the positive development of adidas brand image in key categories; and, development of strategic marketing plans for owned category ensuring excellence in execution through all marketing areas re-enforcing the objectives of business and brand.

Key Accountabilities:

· Be the expert for customer needs in the category. Consolidate commercial input from area and ensure consideration by regional marketing.
· Support area GTM (go to market)strategy to drive execution across all marketing elements.
· To lead the local product creation process in all its stages; from initial briefing through final product sales.
· To drive GTM process across all marketing elements including the ranging side of Sports Marketing symbols.
· Ensure a correct pricing strategy for the category owned ensuring strong net sales and healthy standard margin are achieve.
· To become an expert on consumer and client needs through staying abreast with trends, competitors and consumer insights.
· Develop and lead the activation and execution plan.

· Advance MS Office Suite skills (Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point)

Qualifications:

· University degree in business with marketing focus.
· Functional:3-4years marketing with strong focus on product management.
· Leadership: >2 years experience
