CALLING ALL CREATORS
Management Trainee program is aiming to develop talents through systematic process in order to acquire functional knowledge, leadership development and building capabilities. Through 24 months functional rotation, talents should build overview from business to daily operation within marketing department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning
1. Support product team to develop product strategies and aciton plan.
2. Assist product team to develop annual Budget and data integration.
3. Data analysis to support understand market trend and all other aspects that will support to deliver marketing annual objectives.
Range management
1. Maintain product database and coordinate range management process to ensure smooth communication with cross functional teams.
2. Generating data output for regular reports including analysis on pricing, margin and other product marketing metrics.
3. Assist to monitor category performance and provide tracking reports to fabilitate product team to act fast with market.
System and Process
1. Being an enabler to integrate all category information and facilitate go-to-market schedule and on time delivery such as adiRace article creaton and adiPortal trade meeting setup
2. Build up strong relationship across functional areas to facilitate product management process.
Project management
1. Be able to facilitate and support assigned projects in terms of overall content and timeline management.
2. Support business target achievement via good analytical skills and cross funtionals' team work.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· University Degree, preferably in marketing/business/finance/ science field related.
· Minimal 3 years experience in data management and analysis. With experience in a global consumer goods company will be a plus.
· Experience in strategic planning is a plus.
· Passion for sports is a plus
