We are looking for an excellent Key Account Manager to drive sales for assigned accounts in the Danish market. If you are a great relationship builder with integrity, excellent sales and presentation skills and possess great passion for the brand, you might be the right candidate.
Purpose of the role:
To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth and hit commercial and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
Job Profile:
· Responsible for executing all activities towards your allocated Key Accounts decided by adidas.
· Apply cross-functional country & Nordic co-lab on Key Account related processes; Assortment-, Business Analysis, Customer Service, Go To Market- & SAP plans
· Represent the interests of both adidas and the Key Accounts to constantly look for value adding solutions that meet both parties need to maximize the business.
· Input to the development of the overall strategy for Key Accounts based on Global and Market strategies jointly with the manager
· Apply adidas standards and best practices in the daily work according to the Commercial Policy
· Understand and leverage the adidas Trade Terms & segmentation framework
· Work closely with the Marketing teams to ensure Key Account needs are met with Nordic & European stake holders.
· To work with customer’s Sales data to create value for adidas and Key Accounts both ad hoc and proactively together with our Business Analysts dedicated to your Key Account
Your Profile:
· > 2 years in sales within KAM or Field Sales, intimate knowledge of Key Account management is an advantage
· Ideally experience from the sporting goods industry, fashion or FMCG is preferred
· Proven skills of being collaborative, confident and creative
· University degree in business with marketing and sales focus preferred
· Needed IT skills SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
· Very good communication/presentation skills, both spoken and written in Danish and English
· General interest in sports
