We are looking for an excellent Sales star to drive B2B sales for assigned accounts in the Swedish market. If you are a great relationship builder with integrity, excellent sales and presentation skills and possess great passion for the brand, you might be the right candidate.
Purpose:
To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth and hit commercial and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
Job Profile:
· You will be responsible for executing all sales related activities towards your allocated customers
· Work with customer’s Sales data in collaboration with Business Analysts to create value for adidas Group and assigned customers
· Represent the interests of both your assigned accounts as well as adidas Group to constantly look for value adding solutions that meet both parties’ needs to maximize the business
· Collaborate with all necessary stakeholders on local and Western Europe level with all sales processes to maximize success
· Provide input to the development of the overall strategy
· Ensure adidas Group standards and best practices are implemented and followed according to the Commercial Policy and Strategic Business Plan
Your Profile:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience within Field or Key account sales
· Strong affiliation with sports or fashion industry ideally in apparel, shoes or FMCG
· Strong relationship builder and team player with integrity and professionalism
· You live our values, the 3 C’s; Collaboration, Creativeness, Confidence
· Great presentation skills and advanced knowledge in systems and Office Excel.
· Fluent in Swedish and English
