Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Support the team in the creation of in-store communication concepts and tools for adidas Sport Performance to respond to Market and Brand requirements, ensuring alignment with Brand positioning and strategy and provide relevant cross platform tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the team in the creation of in-store communication concepts including agency briefings, sign off, artwork & guideline creation & sell in to markets
· Support the team in the creation of in-store communication tools including briefings, prototyping, sign off & sell in to markets
· Support the team in the management of ISC assets on internal adidas platforms
· Support on and coordinate administrative tasks on a daily basis
· Individual assignments or ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· High interest & passion for the field of communication / marketing & retail industry
· Consumer-centric thinker & a good understanding of brand identity
· Good organisation skills, hands-on-mentality & flexibility
· Team player
· English fluent: verbal, written & spoken; another European language is an advantage
· IT: Microsoft Office advanced; Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Enrolled student for business, marketing or similar studies
· First work experience in the field of communication, marketing or retail is an advantage
