Your Tasks:

· Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned tasks
· Support the development of guidelines and tools for markets to implement new concepts
· Support the development of Concepts and 3D tools for each adidas Label that respond to the target consumer profile
· Monitor the Retail industry (brick and mortar and digital) for best practices that can be adapted for adidas
· Work with input and direction from supervisor, with limited direction for standard assignments
· Liaise with other stakeholders within the Visual Merchandising, Communications, Brand Design and Store Development
· Take on own projects

Key Objectives:

· Assist the Retail Concepts Managers to create retail environments whilst ensuring continued alignment to Brand objectives and positioning
· Support assigned tasks to aid in the creation of concepts, including mono-label stores, Core stores, Brand Centers, and other distribution models across owned and franchise networks and special programs.
· Ensuring alignment with brand positioning and strategy
· Experience in the challenging field of retail Concept Development, Visual Merchandisingand Communications
· A broad insight on all the processes within the retail concepts
· Experiencefrom working at the headquarter of one of the world's strongestbrands

Your Profile:

· Student of Architecture / Interior Design or Business Administration
· Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship. Or in the so called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations!)
· Strong organisation skills and flexibility
· Fluent in English, ideally German language skills
· IT: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects advanced. CADD is an advantage
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Passion for Sports
