The adidas FUTURE team is currently looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals wanting to join us as we revolutionise the industry. We are looking for recent graduates to help us in our effort to disrupt the way we manufacture, develop and communicate our product. The adidas FUTURE team is a collaborative group of dedicated groups focused on footwear, apparel, hardware and manufacturing projects, driven to create the best for the athlete. As a FUTURE team member you will become an active player in the adidas brand and will experience a unique opportunity to apply your competence towards advanced company projects.

Main duties will include helping to communicate and manage market leading concepts, components, products and processes, as a part of a team who improve brand competitiveness through product and technology leadership and enable adidas to deliver added value to consumers and athletes.

Education: Graduated in Communication Design, Engineering, Innovation Management or a similar degree.

Required skills are high levels of spoken and written English as well as a good attention to detail. Good communication skills, an affinity to Innovation & Project Management as well as the ability to connect and inspire teams are essential.

Good working knowledge and experience of MS Office is preferred. The postgraduate program is for a consecutive period of six months and is open to all nationalities. Start dates are flexible and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
