We offer various internships in our Human Resources Management Teams. Please specify in your application for which team you would like to work:

Your Tasks could be:

· Participate in recruiting activities for various positions, e.g. job advertisements, candidate search, pre-selection and interview coordination
· Assist in the hiring process and the onboarding process by preparing contracts and work permits
· Support the team during the performance evaluation and talent identification process
· Take part in HR projects (e.g. Performance Evaluation & Planning PEP and salary round)
· Support the team in daily business
· Handle the correspondence
· Maintain and enhance the candidate databases
· Organization of team events

Your Profile:

· Student of Bachelor or Master with focus on Human Resources or Psychology or during the gap year between Bachelor and Master (Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations.)
· Fluent English and German language skills
· Very good MS Office skills
· Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
· Very good communication and interpersonal skills
· Passion for sports
