Purpose?

In order to ensure product is delivered On Time In Full according to customer orders and specifications with agreed timeline by implementing FIP(Freight Invoice Portal) as a part of OneERP Project.

What is the intern’s R&R?

1.Business support: Inbound logistics an Customs
- Plan and execute logistics, customs and transportation
- Coordinate entire logistics flow and Liaise with the logistics suppliers
- Ensure that the logistics cost is fully comply with the contract
2.Project support: FIP (Freight Invoice Portal)
- Operational coordination
- Perform and analysis of data to determine the efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure that new process is fully documented and trained
- Escalate issues as necessary to the line manager

Which project/ process does intern participate in ?

- FIP (Freight Invoice Portal)
- As a part of OneERP project FIP will be rolled out from Q3 as the project team advised.
- FIP is the automated process and tool to check and approve the freight invoices coming from the carriers for inbound shipment which currently Market SCM is doing manually.
- It gives to Market SCM and Global operation a visibility, transparency and efficiency of logistics cost management for the standardized cases.

- Related Majors: International Trade, Computer Science and etc.
- MS Office, English Skill
- Good communication, analytical and organization skills
- Detail oriented
