Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To understand the legal aspect of sourcing functions and experience the operation of an in-house legal department

Key Responsibilities and Projects in bullet points:

Assist in drafting and/or reviewing legal documentation

Assist in conducting legal research as necessary

Assist in vendor approval or other approval process

Key Objectives:

Managing legal aspect of business

Develop practical experience in contract drafting and review
