This Intern supports the wholesales team within the adidas Singapore office, focusing on managing the business' key accounts and ensuring there is sufficient representation of the adidas share of business amongst our wholesales accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble and consolidation of various wholesale related KPIs and provide analysis on reportable variables to highlight trends, market share & net sales developments in business account(s)
· Monitor related costs and forecasted budget for wholesale business to ensure all business activities are aligned with internal objectives
· Tracking and translating sales & buying data into Sell in & Sell out information to assist the team in executing profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth in key business accounts
· Ad hoc reporting to support, direct and ensure transparency of all agreed targets and KPI’s within Wholesales department
· Participate in seasonal trade shows and provide analysis and insights regarding ranging / assortment planning improvements & potential business opportunities for key business accounts
· Contribute positive improvements and enhancements for internal processes and reporting dashboards to ensure business efficiency
· Constantly and proactively provide insights on competitor analysis & key account highlights to ensure sufficient representation of adidas brand amongst key business accounts
· Partake in any upcomingprojects involvement Wholesale functions internally
· Ensuring information flow efficiencyis optimized between external and internal stakeholders
· Chance to experience various brand driven activities such as Brand Day & season trade show
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Degree in BA / Marketing / Management
· High attention to detail
· Self-motivated and willing to learn
· Team player, independent and structured way of working
· Proactive and quick learner
· Passion for sports and interest in sports retail industry
· Good in Excel (pivot , vlookup) & Powerpoint
