As a Consumer Experience intern you will provide the Consumer Experience and Site Merchandising team with support in the ongoing enhancement of the adidas eCommerce site experience for consumers. Our goal is to ensure whenever a consumer leaves our touch point, we are not only meeting their expectations, but we are exceeding them. The internship gives a great opportunity to get insight into the overall eCommerce process working closely with the Consumer Experience and Product Managers for Western Europe across a variety of projects, supporting in the development of new site features as well as the enhancement of on-site content across a variety of on-site areas.

Internship at the adidas Group

The purpose of this internship is to provide the internship student with experience of the practical application of theoretical knowledge the internship student has already acquired at university and to acquire new skills and knowledge. This internship description contains tasks and responsibilities that will be learned step by step and the internship student will be accompanied by adidas employees at all times. adidas International/ Marketing /Trading B.V. will ensure that the internship student is given tasks and responsibilities according to the level of competence of the student and the educational objectives for the internship period. The internship student will sign an internship agreement, which is not an employment contract.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Supporting the team in identifying key customer pain points via sources of customer feedback and helping to drive resolutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.
· Conducting regular testing and website reviews to help ensure key aspects of the website are functioning as expected and identifying and supporting in the resolution of any bugs.
· Supporting of the coordination with the Global copy team to ensure delivery of content and translations requests from the Consumer Experience and Site Merchandising team.
· Driving` forward projects that are assigned, and provide relevant feedback and recommendations to the wider team.
· Developing and creating own smaller projects through own initiative to enhance the customer experience.
· Supporting the Consumer Experience Manager and Product Manager with ad-hoc tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Currently a Business or Marketing student at a university or other instance of higher education- Enrolled for the complete duration of the internship (6 months)
· Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations
· Can-do attitude
· Willingness to support the team operationally
· Proactive, positive & collaborative mindset
· Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
· Ability to work in fast paced environment with different international cultures
