Purpose
:
Support our adidas Group talent program – Talent Carousel – and the participants from planning phase through to implementation and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is a great opportunity for someone who has an HRM background and who wishes to have a broader overview of all our HR functional areas (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Rewards, Mobility, …) to make an informed decision on next career move. It also brings a mix of conceptual and implementation work – very hands on. You can follow activities from inception all the way through to implementation and review. Hard work at times and a lot of fun!
· Project manage or partner closely with project manager particular on the project phases where HRM related topics are critical
· Support and participate in the talent selection process execution - own Development/ Assessment Centers delivery
· Support the identification and evaluation Talent Carousel positions in close co-operation with local HRMs and leaders
· Prepare support material for positions matching with selected talents
· Manage contracting and offer including relocation, visa and compensation on the talent carousel and off the talent carousel
· Manage related HR administrative processes, such as works council hearings, payroll and data maintenance
· Ensure landing / placement of Talent Carousel participant and partner/family in host country/ location in close collaboration with local HRMs
· Provide reliable reporting and ensure tracking of Talent Carousel participants
· Manage escalation on HR related topics and processes and provide hands-on support for Talent Carousel participants whenever needed (e.g. coming home earlier)
· Be a reliable and professional counterpart of employees for all Talent Carousel related processes, questions and bring critical topics to the attention of program lead
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
· Experience in managing projects (with a lot of details and interdependencies) ideally within HR
· Highly customer oriented
· Ability to adapt and learn in fast changing environment
· Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
· Good balance between relational and analytical skills
· Fluent English, spoken and written
· Fluent German, spoken and written (necessary for works council interaction)
· Any other language a plus
· MS-Office skills,
· Strong SAP experience
· Knowledge about relocation processes / international employment processes
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration or related field
· At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management of multinational company with experience mainly in HR Management, Rewards and with a keen interest in development, recruitment ideally in an international post
· Proven strategic HR business partner, who supported business customers globally AND contributed to the further development of standard/global HR tools and programs
· Experience in handling complex employee relations issues including union drives/organizing attempts, discrimination claims, investigations and downsizing.
· Experience about relocation processes / international employment processes
