Shift Schedules:

A Shift, 6am – 6pm, Mon/Tue/Wed every other Sun

B Shift, 6am – 6pm, Thu/Fri/Sat every other Sun

C Shift, 6pm – 6am, Sun/Mon/Tue nights and every other Sat night

D Shift, 6pm – 6am, Wed/Thu/Fri nights and every other Sat night

Purpose
: The Heat Transfer Operator position exists to properly manufacture garments using various heat press equipment. The Heat Transfer Operator function encompasses all aspects of the heat transfer process from neck labels, to rhinestones, to transfers, to foil. The Heat Transfer Operator will work closely with Pad Printing (Heat Transfer) Lead to follow daily heat transfer production priorities, complete orders in a timely manner with the highest possible quality.

Key Responsibilities: The principal duties and areas of responsibility of the Heat Transfer Operator position include but are not limited to:

· The Heat Transfer Operator will be responsible daily, per shift, for ensuring proper heat transfer application as requested on grid sheets.
· The Heat Transfer Operator will be responsible for correct STAR production documentation of neck label, rhinestone, foils, and other transfers.
· The Heat Transfer Operator, as directed by Pad Printing Lead, will assist in training new associates on various heat press equipment.
· The Heat Transfer Operator will be responsible for exceptional cleanliness of heat transfer areas. All areas are to be clean prior to shifts’ end.
· The Heat Transfer Operator will be responsible for documenting and communicating any changes heat transfer process, or settings changed. The Heat Transfer Operator is key in establishing process, and best method procedures.
· The Heat Transfer Operator will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality on all items produced.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

· Superior math and analytical skills
· Previous production experience required
· Proactive, can-do attitude requiring minimal supervision a must

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· High School diploma required, post-secondary education preferred
· Minimum 1 year previous applicable experience preferred
