Purpose, Functions & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The purpose of hiring trainees for 2 months for adidas Group, India’s “Future Talent Program”, who will work on live projects of the company and contribute fresh ideas and real life situational base solutions. This gives the company an advantage of knowing the brand fitness of the candidate while on the job and in the process spots the future talents.
Key Responsibilities
· Interns hired for summers through campus will be given a project in either of these verticals: Retail, Brand Marketing, Sale, Ecomm, Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Business Intelligence
· Projects will be pertaining to category management, competition analysis, retail operations, new business opportunities, product success mapping, and any other topic which has a direct impact on business
· Every intern is assigned a project by their mentor, which they have to submit with key deliverables within the stipulated time. To evaluate existing store portfolio to actively drive relocation, rent reductions, recommend lease renewals and terminations and negotiate renewals and extensions where appropriate

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Pursuing full time 2 years Masters in Masters of Business Administration
