Our Global Sales team builds the sales strategy for all our customer and consumer channels, and creates global programs and standards to support world class execution through our Markets. Direct to Consumer covers Retail, while our Wholesale business creates B2B and Key Account strategy and operational excellence globally. For the Trainee program we’re looking for Talents for our Global teams as well as for our Market Europe teams!

Job Profile

In the 18 months of the program, you will gain a diverse set of career experiences across our Sales Channels in projects and day-to-day business. As you progress through the program and perform well, you will build a global network within adidas which will support your ongoing career development within the group.

As aFunctionalTrainee in Global Sales, you will have the opportunity to learn about:

Your Profile

· University degree (Bachelor/Master) with a strong academic record
· International mindset/experience
· Relevant practical experience in Sales (up to 18 months)
· True affinity/passion for sport and interest in the sporting goods industry

· Excellent communication skills in English (written/verbally)

You can apply for the FTP regardless of your citizenship. If you will make it to the final round and receive an offer, the offer would be pending on the approval of the residence and work permit for Germany. We will support you in obtaining those.
