We want to be the best sports brand in the world - to do so; we have to pay particular attention to our different markets. Our Global Sales Strategy and Excellence team builds the sales strategy for all our customer and consumer channels, and also creates global programs and standards to support world class execution through by our Markets. Direct to Consumer covers Retail, e-commerce and Customer Interaction channels such as CRM, while our Wholesale business creates B2B and Key Account strategy and operational excellence globally.
Job profile
In the 18 months of the program, you will gain a diverse set of career experiences across our Sales Channels in projects and day-to-day business. As you progress through the program and perform well, you will build a global network within the adidas Group which will support your ongoing career development within the group.
As a Functional Trainee in Global Sales Strategy and Excellence, you will have the opportunity to learn about:

· Commercial Planning / Forecasting

Your Profile
· University degree (Bachelor/Master)
· International mindset/experience
· Relevant practical experience in Sales (e.g. internships/work experience 0-18 months)
· Fluent English language skills (written/verbally)
· True affinity/passion for sport and interest in the sporting goods industry
· Complex thinking ability and creative problem solving
· Customer focus and Mindset
· Excellent communication skills & collaborative
· Energetic team player & creator
You can apply for the FTP regardless of your citizenship. If you will make it to the final round and receive an offer, the offer would be pending on the approval of the residence and work permit for Germany. We will support you in obtaining those.
