Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To ensure development, facilitate and lead successful operations of Franchise Business model and secure continuously Improvement of Franchise solutions for all type of accounts to drive greater profitability. Ensure seamless customer mono-brand experience through the sharing and implementation of latest tools, information, training, and proactive follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute and constantly improve E2E Franchise Business Model.
· Manage the Franchise collaborations by coordinating all involved functions.
· Identify Franchising opportunities and partners jointly with the Senior Manager Franchise and Franchise Director.
· Operate and manage all day-to-day tasks related to the Franchise business and collaborations.
· Provide Franchising business cases and drive the decision process.
· Leverage existing Regional and country teams to support new Franchise openings, new Markets, or new formats as required.
· Develop assortment plan and review pre-order buy to all Franchise stores.
· Assess and advise how to improve performance of the Franchising business model.
· Staff most suitable persons for direct and indirect report positions in alignment with Sales Management.
· Ensure smooth cooperation along all interfaces.
· Measure progress on own KPIs.
· Track and drive franchise stores KPIs
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
· Advanced Excel
· Fluent in English
· Arabic is an advantage
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree in business with Sales / Retail focus
· Understanding of Merchandising, Finance, and Store Operations
· 3-4 years Franchise and/or Retail experience, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
· > 1 years leadership experience
· Exposure to sports retail / franchise desired
