Purpose and Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

· To represent the EIM team in London when hosting and distributing product seeding efforts from the London Office.
·  
· Demonstrate leadership in supporting pro-active projects in-line with our Global Newsroom and Brand Marketing calendars.

· Support the team consistently to develop and maintain NWOW to ensure that we connect with the relevant influencers across all mediums of Entertainment, paying specific attention to the annual targetted fields that are highlighted in the annual Entertainment and Influencer Marketing Playbooks.

· Maintain brand reputation in representing our team locally to ensure that we are consistently adhering and supporting global/local brand campaigns, product stories and activations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Office Management

· Assisted Senior team members re-actively on day-to-day EIM requests.
· Work pro-actively with the EIM office support staff – including office interns and office assistant
· Administration general office duties, including data processing, filing, stationary orders.
· Point of contact for 2nd floor logistics and IT queries, including coordinator for internal and external travel – which include flights/accommodation/ground transport bookings where required.  processing in-store promats, courier bookings
· 2nd Floor Fire Marshall and First Aider.
· Maintenance of the office surroundings to sure that the 2nd floor reception and office areas are presentable at all times.
· Supervise, train and oversee junior staff members on all office logistics, departmental protocol,  relationship building with assets.
· Ad hoc product orders

Product Management

· Manage and place product collections with seasonal forecasting while maintaining current product knowledge.
· Maintain a complete product focussed stockroom with current product stories.  Ensure that stock is replenished consistently.
· Weekly communication with customer service team on product tracking, delays and any necessary updates on product.
· Working with local product category managers, global consortium teams and global samples teams on up-to-date product knowledge and product orders.
· Working with local customer service to process GRAs and product cleansing.

Internal Communications

· Co-ordinate, manage and distribute monthly internal communication reports for EIM activities to internal teams globally.
· Social media moderator and communicator of eim moments captured.
· Media gathering tools consistently in use..i.e. Intelligent Media, Getty Images, Media Eye, Red Pages, FlickR

Newsroom and Global Team Alignments

· Work closely with global market teams in managing EIM initiatives – campaign development and local execution.
· Continually evaluate, add, and revise the EIM database.
· Work collaboratively with other cross-function division across brand marketing and seeding efforts.
· Aligning local and global calendars – highlighting key brand activities, key product highlights and key UK/US entertainment events e.g. The Brits, The Grammys, annual Fesitvals + EIM owned activity.
· Reviewing entertainment news and forthcoming events as potential platforms to further brand awarenees
· 
Events
· Support in planning and executing EIM events including event planning, staff management, asset procurement and event wrap up.
· Pitch and negotiate contracts between the brand and talent in line with legal terms and conditions/standard templates

Campaign
· Support in the research and recommendation of  EIM assets for local and global ATL and BTL campaigns.
· Execute onsite logistics and managed EIM asset relationship.
· Support global and local specific brand campaigns by acting as internal and external liaison.
· Support in securing talent for in-store events within own retail and key retail accounts.

Finance Support

· Monthly reconciliation of division’s MWB and flagging up any financial inconsistences with internal finance teams
· Raising purchasing orders (POs), and invoices  for internal and external stakeholders whilst managing the communication flow to ensure that payments are made subject to brand terms and conditions and in line with our clients contractual obligations.
· Support EIM Director with annual budget, forecast and record keeping of annual MWB for product highlight and brand focuses, as well as budget for divisional and local brand activity.

Additional Skills

· Good knowledge and understanding of UK local/global fashion, music, tv, film, social networks.
· Demonstrate an avid approach to developing leadership / management skills.
· Engage and communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders for the brand and daily business.  Internal e.gs. Brand Communications, Trade Communications, Newsroom, Trade Marketing, Trend Marketing, Finance, Logistics etc.  External e.g. Brand Ambassadors, Music/Fashion/TV-Film  influencers.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University Educated
· At least 2 years experience in Entertainment Marketing
· Good Communication skills
· Good negotiations skills, a strategic and creative thinker with a real passion for our brand
· Excellent written and verbal English
· Excellent Word, Excel and Powerpoint Skills
· Final Cut Pro
